WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time, shipping is available to the U.S. and Canada. Though, we do plan to expand to ship everywhere around the world.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Though we aim to get your items to you right away, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Processing time is the amount of time it takes to package and send out your order. This does not include shipping time.
Once shipped, delivery time within the U.S is 3-6 days; Canada 10-15 business days. Due to Covid-19, shipment/delivery may be delayed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
*SHIPPING UPDATE - June 2021 - September 2021, orders will be shipped Mon - Wed only.
This is to prevent packages from sitting in a hot truck, warehouse, etc. All orders placed on a Wednesday after 12pm PT will ship out the following Monday.
Free shipping on all orders over $50 pre-tax within the U.S. Automatically applies at checkout!
All U.S orders are shipped via USPS; Orders to Canada may ship either USPS, DHL or Asendia.
WHERE WILL MY ITEMS FULFILL FROM?
Please note, all candle orders are fulfilled by us while all apparel orders are fulfilled at the factory. If you order both apparel and candles, you will receive separate shipments. Expect to receive tracking information per shipment (shipping confirmation email with a tracking #).
*If for any reason you need to change or fix your shipping address, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. As we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, changes cannot always be made.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event your item is damaged in route or defective, please submit the form under the "contact" tab within 5 business days - Please include photos or feel free to email us all information at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it right.
